This code of conduct agreement is an addition to the terms outlined in the Marble ‘Contract for Promotional Services’ which you will be required to agree and adhere to before commencing any assignment with Kreate Many Ltd.  It will commence on the date on which you accept these terms and is made between Kreate Many Ltd (whose registered address is Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9LT) and yourself.

  1. CONTACT: We will always require confirmation of your attendance the day prior to any assignment that you will be undertaking.  In addition, we will require confirmation that you have read and familiarised yourself with the campaign brief. It is essential that you speak to someone at Kreate by 4pm the day prior to your activity.  If we have been unable to speak to you by this time we may be forced to replace you to ensure that we fulfil our contractual obligations with our client.

  2. WORKING HOURS: You have agreed to work the hours that were sent in the initial booking confirmation.  If you are unsure of the agreed hours or there is any confusion, please call Kreate immediately. You must not leave earlier than the hours on your booking confirmation unless agreed to by a staff member at Kreate Head Office and in writing.  Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the agreed rate to the minimum level Kreate will stipulate to you for the whole of the assignment.  In addition, you will only be paid for hours worked during this shift.

  3. LATENESS: Lateness of over 15 minutes will automatically receive a discretionary fine.  Further lateness may be fined at our discretion.  Any fines can be seen on the Kreate portal.  If you are running late, you MUST call Kreate and let us know immediately (followed by a courtesy call to you Event Manager or on site contact). Failure to do so may result in  your termination from the assignment.

  4. CHECK IN / OUT PROCEDURE: You will be requested to follow a specific check in procedure for each assignment. The specifics of this procedure will be outlined in your specific campaign brief. It is essential that you adhere to the associated check-in procedure to make Kreate aware of your arrival and departure for each assignment to ensure the accuracy of any payments to you.

  5. UNIFORM: You will be provided with details of the uniform and standard of appearance required by Kreate for each specific assignment. Please familiarise yourself with the uniform requirements ahead of any assignment (as stated in your brief). You must adhere to the uniform requirements as stated in the campaign brief.  Failure to do so may result in a deduction of payment or removal from the activity.  We would expect that all field workers can provide their own unbranded plain black smart trousers, plain black shoes and a plain black or white formal shirt.  Please note that jeans or trainers do not qualify unless specified to do so in your campaign brief.

  6. BRANDED UNIFORM: Kreate will inform you of any branded uniform that will be provided as part of your assignment.  This will be stated in your campaign brief.  Please ensure that you return any uniform back at the end of the assignment in an acceptable state.

  7. CAMPAIGN REPORTS: You may be requested to complete a campaign report at the end of an assignment. We would expect that you assign adequate time to complete the report according to your campaign brief and that you submit to Kreate (as outlined in the brief) by the deadline.  Failure to do so could result in a discretionary fine.

  8. CAMPAIGN PHOTOS: You may be asked to provide photos of the campaign at the end of an assignment. This is so that we can share these with our clients.  We would expect that you assign adequate time during the campaign to capture good quality, clear photographs and submit these to Kreate by the deadline stated in the brief.  Failure to do so could result in a discretionary fine.

  9. SOCIAL MEDIA: Posting comments or photos online or on social media pre, during or post an assignment is strictly prohibited and could result in a discretionary fine or your termination from the assignment.

  10. PAYMENT: Payments are automated via the Kreate database and are paid through Marble Commercial Contracting. Payment is made on the second Friday of each month for any work undertaken during the month, prior (1st-31st). The terms and conditions associated with Marble Commercial Contracting must be agreed to prior to undertaking your first assignment.  You can login to the staffing database in the “Bank Details” section to access this information including the Terms & Conditions and an outline of the associated fees.  Please note that we are no longer accepting paper invoices.

  11. 12. EXPENSES: Unless agreed in writing then any expenses associated with your assignment will not be covered in your fee.  This includes but is not limited to: travel, parking, fuel, postage, subsistence or any event purchases.  Only expenses approved in writing prior (or in some instances during) the assignment will be paid.  Any approved expenses will appear on the Kreate portal.  Your fee is agreed at the time of booking and you should have received an email confirming your rate separately.  If you do not have this, please call the office immediately.

  13. VEHICLES: Failure to return any Kreate and/or third party vehicle on time without prior agreement with Kreate could result in the cost of this fine being passed on in full to you.
