This code of conduct agreement is an addition to the terms outlined in the Marble ‘Contract for Promotional Services’ which you will be required to agree and adhere to before commencing any assignment with Kreate Many Ltd. It will commence on the date on which you accept these terms and is made between Kreate Many Ltd (whose registered address is Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9LT) and yourself.

CONTACT: We will always require confirmation of your attendance the day prior to any assignment that you will be undertaking. In addition, we will require confirmation that you have read and familiarised yourself with the campaign brief. It is essential that you speak to someone at Kreate by 4pm the day prior to your activity. If we have been unable to speak to you by this time we may be forced to replace you to ensure that we fulfil our contractual obligations with our client.

WORKING HOURS: You have agreed to work the hours that were sent in the initial booking confirmation. If you are unsure of the agreed hours or there is any confusion, please call Kreate immediately. You must not leave earlier than the hours on your booking confirmation unless agreed to by a staff member at Kreate Head Office and in writing. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the agreed rate to the minimum level Kreate will stipulate to you for the whole of the assignment. In addition, you will only be paid for hours worked during this shift.

LATENESS: Lateness of over 15 minutes will automatically receive a discretionary fine. Further lateness may be fined at our discretion. Any fines can be seen on the Kreate portal. If you are running late, you MUST call Kreate and let us know immediately (followed by a courtesy call to you Event Manager or on site contact). Failure to do so may result in your termination from the assignment.

CHECK IN / OUT PROCEDURE: You will be requested to follow a specific check in procedure for each assignment. The specifics of this procedure will be outlined in your specific campaign brief. It is essential that you adhere to the associated check-in procedure to make Kreate aware of your arrival and departure for each assignment to ensure the accuracy of any payments to you.

UNIFORM: You will be provided with details of the uniform and standard of appearance required by Kreate for each specific assignment. Please familiarise yourself with the uniform requirements ahead of any assignment (as stated in your brief). You must adhere to the uniform requirements as stated in the campaign brief. Failure to do so may result in a deduction of payment or removal from the activity. We would expect that all field workers can provide their own unbranded plain black smart trousers, plain black shoes and a plain black or white formal shirt. Please note that jeans or trainers do not qualify unless specified to do so in your campaign brief.

BRANDED UNIFORM: Kreate will inform you of any branded uniform that will be provided as part of your assignment. This will be stated in your campaign brief. Please ensure that you return any uniform back at the end of the assignment in an acceptable state.

CAMPAIGN REPORTS: You may be requested to complete a campaign report at the end of an assignment. We would expect that you assign adequate time to complete the report according to your campaign brief and that you submit to Kreate (as outlined in the brief) by the deadline. Failure to do so could result in a discretionary fine.

CAMPAIGN PHOTOS: You may be asked to provide photos of the campaign at the end of an assignment. This is so that we can share these with our clients. We would expect that you assign adequate time during the campaign to capture good quality, clear photographs and submit these to Kreate by the deadline stated in the brief. Failure to do so could result in a discretionary fine.

SOCIAL MEDIA: Posting comments or photos online or on social media pre, during or post an assignment is strictly prohibited and could result in a discretionary fine or your termination from the assignment.

PAYMENT: Payments are automated via the Kreate database and are paid through Marble Commercial Contracting. Payment is made on the second Friday of each month for any work undertaken during the month, prior (1st-31st). The terms and conditions associated with Marble Commercial Contracting must be agreed to prior to undertaking your first assignment. You can login to the staffing database in the “Bank Details” section to access this information including the Terms & Conditions and an outline of the associated fees. Please note that we are no longer accepting paper invoices.

CANCELLATION: If you have any concerns about you or your proposed substitute not being able to provide the services on the date(s) and time(s) stated in your assignment confirmation and/or campaign brief that you have previously agreed to, you must call Kreate immediately on 020 3865 5929. It is not acceptable to cancel work by email or text message. We expect a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to give required notice may result in a termination of future work assignments.

EXPENSES: Unless agreed in writing then any expenses associated with your assignment will not be covered in your fee. This includes but is not limited to: travel, parking, fuel, postage, subsistence or any event purchases. Only expenses approved in writing prior (or in some instances during) the assignment will be paid. Any approved expenses will appear on the Kreate portal. Your fee is agreed at the time of booking and you should have received an email confirming your rate separately. If you do not have this, please call the office immediately.

VEHICLES: Failure to return any Kreate and/or third party vehicle on time without prior agreement with Kreate could result in the cost of this fine being passed on in full to you. Any damage caused to the vehicle that was deemed your fault by insurance claims will be passed on to you in full. Issue of any road traffic tickets or parking tickets will be passed on to you in full unless agreed by Kreate. Any vehicle returned without the same level of fuel will have the cost passed on as a fine in full.

NATIONAL IDENTITY: It is your responsibility to provide proof of your right to work in the UK prior to undertaking an assignment, ideally this should be provided at the time of registration. It is your responsibility to provide a scan of your passport and associated passport details. As well as any associated visa documentation that supports your right to work within the UK if appropriate. This information should be uploaded to the Kreate portal via the Terms section. Unfortunately, failure to provide the necessary documentation will mean that Kreate will be unable to appoint you on any assignments.

COMPANY PROPERTY: All documents, manuals, hardware and software provided for your use by Kreate and any data or documents (including copies) produced, maintained or stored on Kreate's computer / electronic equipment (including tablets and mobile phones), remain the property of Kreate. Any Kreate property in your possession and any original or copy documents obtained by you in the course of your work for Kreate should be returned to Kreate at any time on request and in any event at the end of each assignment. In the event of any electronic equipment being damaged or failing to work, this needs to be flagged to Kreate immediately.

PERSONAL CONDUCT: You should conduct yourself in accordance with the following Personal Conduct guidelines. Failure to follow this Code will result in a breach of the Code and could result in your termination from an assignment immediately and the potential removal from the Kreate portal:

You must adhere to booking confirmation and campaign briefing document / email at all times.

No show on the day without calling Kreate in advance is not permitted.

Arriving late for an assignment without prior notification to Kreate is not permitted.

Replacing yourself with someone for an assignment you are booked on without informing Kreate and Kreate being reasonably satisfied the substitute is suitably skilled and experienced to carry out the assignment is not permitted.

Leaving a job early without notifying Kreate is not permitted.

Please remember that you are representing a client and potentially a brand therefore you should always ensure you are presentable, well-groomed and enthusiastic.

Uniforms must be worn during work hours and must be kept clean and presentable at all times.

Uniforms are to be covered during break times.

Where provided uniforms are to be returned on time and in full.

Nails must be clean and presentable at all times.

No jewellery is to be worn at any time unless stated in the briefing document; wedding rings are the only exception.

You must always adhere to Food Hygiene procedures as outlined in your campaign brief, whilst handling products

You must not display abusive or threatening behaviour towards Kreate staff, clients or client staff, consumers or anyone associated with the activity.

You must not misrepresent the brand, client or Kreate in any way or commit an act, which may bring any of those parties into disrepute.

You are not to chew gum, eat or drink whilst on duty and must use allocated break periods for these activities.

Smoking is not permitted whilst on duty.

You are not to drink alcohol or take drugs or be under the influence of alcohol or drugs whilst on duty.

Any prescribed medication that may affect your performance should be informed to Kreate.

You will be removed from an activity should a client confirm that they no longer wish you to represent their brand/work on the activity for a reason considered valid by Kreate

Ensure that you follow reasonable instructions, whether this has been issued by the client, Kreate Head Office team or onsite management team.

You must not disclose any confidential information (either on social media or otherwise).

You must never contact Clients of Kreate directly.

Discussing rates, working directly for or contacting any client without consent from Kreate is not permitted.

Sampling to minors (under 16) without parental consent is not permitted.

Dumping leaflets, samples or printed material is not permitted.

Distributing multiple leaflets, samples or printed material over and above instructions in the briefing documents is not permitted.

Committing an act of theft (including stock) will be treated as a criminal action where payment is forfeited and legal action may be taken.

Damaging a vehicle and not informing Kreate is considered serious misconduct and may result in criminal action being taken against you.

Using Kreate vehicles for non Kreate jobs is not permitted unless agreed by Kreate.
