Ab InBev "Bud club" FA cup experience: Rewarding prize winners and customers with a money can't buy experience.

As part of their FA Cup sponsorship, Budweiser held a competition to give fans a chance to win VIP tickets to ‘Bud Club’ and to the FA Cup final. We were appointed their principle contractor for the entire event and they asked us to come up with a special VIP event to give prize-winners an unforgettable money-can’t-buy experience on FA Cup final day.

The VIP Bud Club.

We created a premium Budweiser & FA branded private area and invited 650 lucky prizewinners to an immersive VIP Bud Club experience in a luxury marquee. Our team custom designed everything from the branded roof to the interior design, queuing areas, furniture, catering, entertainment, audio visual, lighting and we also managed the extensive guest list. All prizewinners had NFC enabled lanyards to ensure fast and smooth entry for all guests, where 50 premium Budweiser brand ambassadors were on hand to make sure everyone had the best time. Guests were treated to a full day of hospitality, live music, speeches by FA Legends and entertainment, and they were escorted to their premium seats for the FA Cup Final and then back to the marquee for more fun and hospitality after the final whistle.

A successful Budweiser matchday experience.​

We were responsible for liaising with all relevant stakeholders including the local council, Wembley Stadium, local police and Health & Safety officials. Our team managed everything from licensing, risk management and security through to First Aid, traffic management and third party contractors. Overall feedback from our VIP guests was extremely positive and they all had a great Budweiser brand experience. The event was a resounding success and we were asked to do it all again the following year.
